STANFORD WARRIORS : Left downward block to uppercut, Right Hammer Fist Strike to opponents clavicle. Hold on to shoulder and pull forward, bring right foot round behind, wind arm up on to your own shoulder and push down with both hands for lock. Opponents head should be forced against own left knee, ensuring head is below waist, finish Right Knee Strike to head.

With left arm, inside block A right arm punch.

Punch with right arm to the left side of A neck.

Place right hand on A right shoulder applying downwards pressure.

At the same time, rotate left arm clockwise, raising A arm up and over into your shoulder.

Push down with both and on A right should who will have to bend down.

Raise to put on the arm lock.
