STANFORD WARRIORS : Step back right leg and push uke’s left arm away and then right away, finish with two punches to solar plexus, return to stance.

Take one step back.  This will loosen the hold.

Hit attackers left arm with own left hand.

Hit the right arm with own right hand.

Two punches to the solar plexus.

Step back and return to stance.
